Current HOA Projects


The Board is currently working on several community improvement projects that have been raised by HOA members. These initiatives focus on enhancing the safety, aesthetics, and overall quality of life within our neighborhood. No funds are spent on any project until it has been formally presented and approved by a majority vote during the annual HOA meeting, ensuring transparency and collective decision-making.

 

We strongly encourage all members to stay engaged, share their input, and participate in the planning process. If you have suggestions or feel that additional projects should be considered, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your feedback is essential in helping us prioritize the needs of our community.

 

Improvement of Neighborhood Entrance

We’re excited to announce plans to revitalize our neighborhood entrance! This project will include planting vibrant flowers, adding decorative lighting, and refreshing signs and structures with new paint. The goal is to create a more inviting and attractive gateway that reflects the spirit and pride of our community. Stay tuned for updates as we bring this vision to life!

School Bus Shelter for Kids

We're planning to build a safe and comfortable school bus stop for our neighborhood children. This project will include a covered shelter with seating to protect kids from the elements while they wait. It’s a step toward improving safety, convenience, and community care for our youngest residents. More details coming soon!

Traffic Calming Initiative

To help keep our streets safer, we're planning to install blinking speed signs in key areas of the neighborhood. These signs will alert drivers to their speed and encourage safer driving habits, especially near high-traffic and pedestrian zones. It’s a proactive step to protect our residents and promote a calmer, safer environment.

Neighborhood Pond

We’re launching a project to improve the regular maintenance of our neighborhood pond. This includes routine cleanups, managing overgrowth, and keeping the area tidy and inviting year-round. Our goal is to preserve the pond’s natural beauty and ensure it remains a pleasant, well-kept space for everyone to enjoy.
