Welcome to our little slice of paradise in Destin, Florida! Nestled just minutes from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast, our neighborhood is a vibrant and welcoming community made up of 120 homes.

 

We take pride in maintaining a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere where neighbors look out for one another, and the Florida sunshine is always part of the backdrop. Our HOA works hard to preserve the beauty, value, and safety of our neighborhood, ensuring that it continues to be a great place to call home.

Established in 1995, the HOA oversees the Indian Lake condominium complex, offering a blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

 

 

Location

Indian Lake is ideally situated in the center of Destin Florida, in front of the Indian Bayou Golf Course. This prime location places residents just minutes away from pristine beaches, renowned dining establishments, and premier shopping destinations. Additionally, the community is in close proximity to recreational facilities such as Morgan's Sports Complex and the Destin Dog Park, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities. The Destin Elementary School as well as the Destin High School are just minutes away.

Association Leadership

The HOA is managed by a dedicated board of directors. Their collective efforts ensure the community remains well-governed and responsive to the needs of its residents.

 

President: John Miller
The President leads the board, overseeing community projects, strategic planning, and ensuring effective communication between residents and the HOA. With a passion for community involvement, John works to keep our neighborhood running smoothly and maintain its appeal.

 

Vice President: Linda Montgomery
As the VP, Linda steps in to support the President in various duties and ensures the continued smooth operation of the board in their absence. Linda also works on special projects and community initiatives, helping us thrive and grow.

 

Secretary: Amanda Spiero
The Secretary is responsible for keeping accurate records of meetings, votes, and important correspondence. Amanda plays a key role in maintaining transparency and ensuring all communication within the HOA is organized and clear.

 

Treasurer: Barbara Nelson
The Treasurer manages the financial affairs of the HOA, overseeing budgets, dues, and expenses. Barbara ensures that the community's funds are used responsibly and that our financial records are clear and up-to-date, helping maintain the long-term sustainability of our neighborhood.

 

Members at Large: Earl Juskowiak and Cory Futrell

Our Members at Large represent the interests of the community and assist in various tasks and initiatives. They serve as the “eyes and ears” of the neighborhood, helping to bring forward resident concerns, ideas, and feedback to the board. They also take on specific projects or responsibilities as needed, from organizing neighborhood events to contributing to community improvements. Currently, we have Earl and Cory serving in this capacity, and we’re always happy to welcome more community involvement!
